Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Prometric Nurse Prep mobile application ("App") operated by Prometric Nurse Prep ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Educational Purpose Only

Prometric Nurse Prep is an exam preparation tool only. Content in the App is for study and review purposes and does not constitute medical advice, clinical guidance, or professional healthcare recommendations. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for clinical decisions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and are a nursing professional or student preparing for a Gulf Prometric-style nursing licensing examination, including but not limited to UAE DHA or MOH, Saudi SNLE, Qatar QCHP, Oman OMSB, or Bahrain NHRA.

3. Accounts

  • You may create an account with email/password or sign in with Google.
  • You may also use the App as a guest without an account; guest progress is stored locally and may be lost if you uninstall the App or clear data.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You may delete your account at any time from App settings.

4. Free and Premium Plans

The App offers a free tier and an optional Premium subscription:

  • Free: Limited daily questions (limits may change), limited mock exams, ads may be shown, and some explanations require watching ads.
  • Premium: Unlimited questions and mock exams, full explanations without ads, complete analytics, and ad-free study experience.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Premium subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing.
  • Monthly plan: AED 15/month, billed monthly.
  • Annual plan: AED 90/year (equivalent to AED 7.50/month).
  • A 7-day free trial may be included with eligible plans. You will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play subscription settings.
  • Refunds are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policies. Contact Google Play support for billing disputes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code or question content
  • Share, redistribute, or commercially exploit App content without permission
  • Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download questions
  • Circumvent subscription or ad-gating mechanisms
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and software in the App are owned by Prometric Nurse Prep or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal exam preparation only. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Prometric LLC or any licensing authority (including DHA, MOH, SNLE, QCHP, OMSB, or NHRA).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that use of the App will result in passing any licensing exam. Question content is prepared for educational purposes and may not reflect the exact format or content of the official examination. Pass marks and blueprints vary by authority — always confirm your exam's official requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prometric Nurse Prep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to exam results, lost data, or subscription charges processed by Google Play.

10. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update the App, pricing, features, or these Terms at any time. Material changes to Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
